Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you are ready to begin your treatment on time, and enjoy tea in our relaxing lounge; arriving late may shorten the length of your service. Please turn off any electronic devices and remember you are entering a peaceful, quiet environment. The spa industry employs both men and women, if you have a preference please let us know when booking your appointment.

Parking
For your convenience, please use the Broughton Street Parkade, located at 635 Broughton. Metered parking is also available on city streets for up to 90 minutes.
Cancellation and Reservation Policy
The Spa Magnolia accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your gift certificate number to secure your reservation. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice for single treatments and 48 hours notice for packages or groups will be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows on the day of the treatment will be charged in full.

Robes and gowns are provided for treatments that require them. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our well-trained therapists will guide you through your treatment and gladly answer any questions you may have.

Gratuities
Always accepted and gratefully appreciated by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.
